I understand how challenging it can be to see your teen struggle. Watching them face anxiety, stress, low self-esteem or other emotional hurdles can leave you feeling helpless. I provide a safe, supportive space where your teen can openly express their feelings, gain clarity and learn healthy ways to cope. My goal is to help your teen better understand their emotions, build resilience and face life’s challenges with confidence. Together, we’ll work toward healing and growth, ensuring your child feels supported every step of the way.
During our initial teen therapy consultation, we’ll focus on understanding your teen’s unique needs. You’ll have the opportunity to share what’s been happening, including any changes in their behavior, what prompted your concern and what steps you’ve already taken to help. We’ll also discuss your hopes and priorities for their treatment, so we can create a plan that feels right for your family. Your insights are invaluable and I’m here to listen and collaborate with you to support your teen’s well-being.
I offer support to teens academically in high school, during the college application process and in college. Helping them manage stress, reduce procrastination, stay organized and work through any anxieties or challenges that may arise. My approach not only focuses on their emotional well-being but also provides practical tools for goal-setting and decision-making.
